Part-Time Barista

Eibsee Coffee Co. is hiring a part-time barista! This position offers both week day and weekend hours, but week day availability is not required to apply. Weekend availability and previous barista experience are required for this position. Our operating hours are Tuesday - Friday 7am - 2pm and weekends 8:30 - 2pm, so you must have availability during those hours!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages
• Operate Square POS system
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and answering questions about menu options
• Maintain cleanliness within trailer, assist in opening and closing tasks
• Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with accuracy using POS systems
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality

Requirements

• Prior barista experience or strong coffee experience preferred; a passion for coffee culture is a plus
• Weekend Availabilty
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks seamlessly during peak hours
• Ability to stand for extended period and lift light equipment or supplies as needed
