WildRoots Coffeehouse is a locally owned, community-focused coffee shop where our team feels like family. We’re hiring for our Westside location located at 2230 NW Labiche, Bend OR 97703 and are looking for friendly, energetic baristas to join our crew.

About the Role
Do you love coffee? Are you a people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and barista experience to our new shop. This is not a seasonal position—we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with our team.

Responsibilities:

• Craft high-quality espresso and coffee drinks with care and consistency
• Provide warm, friendly customer service
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and stocked
• Work as a team to create a welcoming and fun environment

Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older
• Prior barista experience required
• Available for weekend and mid-morning/afternoon shifts
• Energetic, dependable, and team-oriented
