Part-Time/Full time Barista (Afternoons & Weekends) – RT Bakery & Café

Location: Lewisville / Castle Hills, TX
Pay: $12–$16/hr + tips
Schedule: Afternoons (~2 PM–Close) + One Weekends REQUIRED

About Us

RT Bakery & Café is a high-end, French-inspired bakery known for croissants, mousse cakes, viral realistic fruit desserts, and specialty drinks (coffee, matcha, refreshers). We focus on quality, speed, and great customer experience (4.9★).

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, matcha, and refresher drinks
• Take orders and serve customers
• Handle busy rush periods efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Assist with packaging and front-of-house tasks
• Assist with baking during slower times

Requirements

• Reliable and punctual (very important)
• Fast, organized, and detail-oriented
• Friendly and team-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bring barista skills and/or willingness to learn to create new drinks
• Comfortable and pleasant to talk to customers, take orders, be OK to be on company social media posts

Experience is a plus, but not required (training provided).

Must Be Available

• Afternoons (~3 PM–Close)
• Saturdays & Sundays
