[ What We’re Looking For ]

• Experience: 1+ year of specialty coffee/barista experience preferred.
• Customer Service: 1+ year of experience in food service or retail (Required).
• Availability: Must have weekend availability.
• Skills: Strong communication, positive energy, and a "can-do" attitude.
• Credentials: Valid Food Handler Card.

[ Key Responsibilities ]

• Craft and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages and a variety of specialty drinks to our standards.
• Provide a friendly, engaging experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
• Handle transactions accurately using our POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and beautiful shop environment.
• Follow opening/closing checklists with attention to detail to ensure the shop is always guest-ready.
