Job Summary
Join our vibrant team as a Part-Time Bartender, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our Members. We Are a Private No Profit orginazition with members, and new Members joing monthly.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Clover.
- Engage with Members in a friendly, energetic manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, processing payments, and balancing registers at the end of shifts.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during high-energy events like Band and Dinner Nights or banquets.
- Restock bar supplies, ingredients, and glassware as needed to ensure smooth service flow.
- Follow all food safety regulations and alcohol service laws, including verifying IDs and managing serving limits responsibly.
Qualifications
- Prior experience Bartending and some food safety Handling
- Familiarity with POS systems like Clover.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse members and guests.
