Job Summary
We’re looking for someone who can handle volume with confidence, and deliver a great guest experience every time. Sirens Bar & Grill is a private club that sits on the water at Kammerman’s Marina in AC—busy weekends, great crowd, and a team that takes pride in doing things the right way.

This role is for someone who:Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Moves with speed and consistency behind the bar. Connects naturally with guests. Shows up reliably, professional, and ready to work. Schedule: Friday nights + Saturdays + Sundays. If you’re experienced, dependable, and take your craft seriously—we’d like to meet you.

Must be available Friday night 4-9pm, Saturday 11am-9:30pm, Sunday 11am-9pm

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
• Manage Toast POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and alcohol serving regulations, including proper food handling and responsible serving practices
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, glassware, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and restocking of supplies during shifts to keep the bar well-organized and fully stocked
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems

Skills

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings with strong serving skills
• Familiarity with POS systems for efficient sales processing
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests positively
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during busy hours
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Experience in catering or food industry environments is highly desirable
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and manage guest needs confidently

Pay: $21.91 - $46.38 per hour
