Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their experience.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies.
• Handle cash transactions, perform basic math calculations for sales and tips, and ensure accurate cash handling throughout your shift.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during nightclub or banquet events, while managing serving times effectively through strong time management skills.
• Support catering and event setups by preparing drinks in advance and assisting with food handling when necessary.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining settings or nightclubs is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred for seamless order processing.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in fast-paced environments with diverse clientele.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, responsible alcohol service practices, and basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Experience with banquet service, catering events, or retail food industry roles will be advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail.
