Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, and other beverages with precision and flair.
• Create innovative and seasonal cocktail menus that complement our culinary offerings.
• Provide personalized recommendations and suggest food and beverage pairings to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service, exceeding guest expectations with every interaction.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between the bar and kitchen.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.
• In-depth knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails, with a passion for mixology and beverage craftsmanship.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• TIPS or similar certification is preferred.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
