Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of craft cocktails, Wine and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality and presentation meet standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and foster repeat business.
• Manage POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws and safety protocols.
• Assist in setting up bar stations for busy shifts, restocking supplies, and closing procedures at the end of each shift.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during high-volume nights at the nightclub or banquet events.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly desirable.
• Craft cocktail experience is preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems to process sales efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly while maintaining accuracy.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in fast-paced environments within the food industry or hospitality sector.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order totals.
