Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Toast.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of drinks and related products.
• Manage cash handling duties with precision, including cashiering and basic math calculations for transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Restock bar supplies regularly, including alcohol, mixers, and utensils, while tracking inventory levels.
• Follow food handling procedures when serving food or snacks alongside beverages.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours and special events.
• Uphold all food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies throughout your shift.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast enhances efficiency but training will be provided if needed.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude in fast-paced settings.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, alcohol serving laws, and responsible beverage service practices.
