Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently using POS systems .
• Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of food safety and food handling procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills, tips, and payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Assist with catering events, banquets, or private parties by serving food and beverages in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights.

Experience.

• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods.
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly while adhering to all applicable liquor laws and food safety standards.
• Knowledge of retail math, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills are essential for accurate transactions.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that enhances guest satisfaction.
