Part Time Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Bartender to join our team in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also have experience as a server. As a Bartender and server, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages, providing outstanding service, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a lively atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests following established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate a POS system for order entry and payment processing.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting low stock levels as needed.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality while creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours efficiently

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour

Work Location: In person
