Part-time Bartender/Server - Bartending Experience a Must

Job Overview
Excelent pay. We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, collaborative bartenders providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced brewery environment. As a counter service bartender, you will be responsible for pouring beer, wine, mixing cocktails, bussing tables, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Work quickly to provide drinks and process food orders during high volume peaks while maintaining a friendly and welcoming experience for every customer.
• Learn the tastes and ingredients of craft beer to discuss, pair and engage with beer enthusiasts. Information and training will be provided.
• Intake and stay up to date on information provided by management for rotating drafts, seasonal drinks, POS and process changes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Process orders efficiently using the POS system, ensuring accurate billing and payment handling.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service and compliance with legal regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
• Uphold food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling practices.

Requirements

• Bartending experience.
• Flexible availability to work nights and weekends.
• Exceptional communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage customers positively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to support other server and kitchen staff in a highly collaborative, tip-sharing team environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
