Part Time Beer Server + Retail Shop Worker

PT Tasting Room & Retail Shop Server

Beer servers are the face of our onsite operations and responsible for all guest interactions at the brewery. This position is part time, including nights and weekends, but preference given to someone looking to work towards a full time role with the company. Job responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests
• Providing facility tours
• Pouring and Serving Beer
• Educating guests on the beverages made in our production facility, as well as an overview on craft beer and brewing.
• Picking, packing, and shipping online beer and merchandise sales
• Answering phones and directing calls
• Responsible for routine sanitation of tables, restrooms and related customer facing areas
• Responsible for beer service and advising customers on purchases

Qualified candidates must possess a positive attitude, exemplary customer service skills, and problem solving skills. Previous serving experience preferred but not required. Other requirements are as follows:

• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Must be able to represent the company in a professional manner.
• Must exhibit strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must exhibit exemplary customer service skills
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision
• Strong time management skills
• TIPS certification required prior to start date.
• Willingness and ability to maintain a safe, clean work environment
• Ability to move 150lbs assisted
• Employment at another liquor licensed establishment in NJ is a disqualifier as per NJ State Laws

Pay: $17.00 - $35.00 per hour
