Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and record primary financial data for accounting records.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain accounting databases.
• Process Accounts Payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Organize, maintain, and close out invoices from vendors and suppliers.
• Process payroll, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Review and verify the accuracy of business transactions and reports.
• Perform administrative duties to support the accounting function.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is mandatory.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
