Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part Time Bookkeeper to join our team!

We are a Custom Cabinetry and Construction Company so any trade experience is a plus.

All bookkeeping and accounting functions

 Accounts Payable

 Accounts Receivable

 Payroll

 Payroll Tax Filings (Through QB)

 Sales Tax

Weekly Filing Requirements:

 Federal Payroll Taxes -- (Through QB)

(941 taxes – Federal Income Tax, SS, Medicare)

Monthly Filing Requirements:

 EDD -- Epay with QB (PIT and SDI)

 Sales Tax

 Reporting of New Employees to the State – electronically

thru QB

Quarterly Filing Requirements:

 941

 940 (pymt only – Epay with QB; 4 th qtr, file return)

 DE9 and DE9C

 EDD payment – Epay with QB (UI and ETT)

 Sales Tax Return

Annual Filing Requirements (in addition to 4 th qtr filings):

 W-2’s

 1099’s

 Form 1096

 Form W-3

Pay: $25.03 - $30.14 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Rosemead, CA 91770
