Part-Time Bookkeeper

A well-established landscape company is seeking a part-time Office Bookkeeper with 3–5 years of experience to support our administrative and accounting operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Verifiable proficiency in QuickBooks (advanced proficiency preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Professional phone etiquette and comfortable answering calls

Responsibilities Include:

  • Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Weekly Payroll
  • Daily assistance and administrative support for Account Managers
  • Client relations and communication
  • Phone coverage and general office support
  • Assisting with special projects

Position Details:

  • Job Type: Part-Time
  • Schedule: Flexible hours ( M-Thurs.)

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is organized, reliable, and comfortable balancing bookkeeping with general administrative responsibilities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • QuickBooks: 3 years (Required)
  • Administrative assistant/bookkeeping: 3 years (Required)

Language:

  • English and Spanish (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
