Part-Time Bookkeeper / Accounts Receivable Specialist (QuickBooks)

Overview
Solution One Partners is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper / Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our billing and financial operations. This role will primarily focus on client invoicing, payment processing, and accounts receivable management using QuickBooks.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and experienced in managing billing cycles, tracking payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role supports internal teams by ensuring invoices are issued correctly and payments are properly recorded and reconciled. This role can evolve to full time employement.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute client invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Manage accounts receivable and monitor aging reports.
• Process and record credit card, ACH, and other electronic payments.
• Maintain and update financial records within QuickBooks.
• Reconcile invoices and payments to ensure accurate accounting records.
• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding invoices or payment discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and financial documentation.
• Assist with monthly reconciliation and financial reporting as needed.
• Work with internal teams to resolve billing questions or adjustments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping, billing, or accounts receivable experience.
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (required).
• Experience with invoicing, payment processing, and AR management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong communication skills when interacting with internal teams or clients.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.20 - $30.35 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Surprise, AZ 85378
