Part-Time Bookkeeper in Westlake Ohio

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage bookkeeping for two small businesses. This position offers hybrid remote flexibility, with weekly work in Westlake Office as needed.

Quickbooks Online experience needed and Must be in Cleveland Area

The role will support financial recordkeeping for:

• A Bar / Retail store - Middle Bass General Store - Toast POS
• A home automation, security system, and construction-related business - NCIT Home Theater and Security System - Kickserv & Quickbooks

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records for two companies
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Track expenses and maintain organized financial documentation
• Assist with monthly financial reporting
• Work with management to maintain accurate books and financial record
• Monthy Billing for Security System Clients
• All Accounting for Both Business's

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
