What You’ll Do
✔Manage QuickBooks and reconciliations
✔ Set up and track job costing by project
✔ Process payroll (Gusto)
✔ Handle tax deposits and reporting
✔ Prepare cash flow and P&L reports
✔ Organize financial records for CPA
✔ Support Finance Manager on reporting improvements

Qualifications
-QuickBooks ProAdvisor or equivalent experience
-Experience with job costing (construction/remodeling preferred)

-Payroll experience
-Strong attention to detail and organization
-Clear communication skills
-Reliable and deadline-driven

Nice to Have
Construction or cabinet industry experience
CPA or CPA track
