Part Time Bookkeeping & Payroll

Revere Healthcare Solutions Inc. (RHS, www.reverehs.com) manages two multi-employer primary and preventative healthcare clinics in Southwest Kansas.

The company was founded in 2015 and is led by its founder and CEO, based in Leawood, KS.

We are looking to hire in the next few months an experienced payroll and bookkeeping professional, who combines a good grasp of accounting, is an expert user of Quickbooks, has a familiarity with MS Office (in particular Excel), and is also familiar with main payroll software.

The job is part-time (c. 20 hours/week) and fully remote.

The ideal candidate is a high potential administration professional, trying to temporarily balance work and family life, with an objective to transition eventually to a full-time career. For the first several years, the candidate will be exposed also to the operational side of the company, with the possibility to be considered as a candidate for the COO position as the CEO transition to a Chairman role.

Given its fully remote nature, the job requires a self-disciplined professional, able, with a flexible schedule, to deliver on time as guided by the CEO, deliverables such as payroll (every other week), end-of-month financials, monthly invoicing, and payables' management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
