Job Overview:
We are seeking proactive and dynamic Part-time Field Operations Specialists to serve as key extensions of our procurement team. You will be responsible for front-line business development and client relationship management, helping to expand supply channels for our metal recycling operations. This role offers a hands-on market-facing opportunity for rapid professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and conduct on-site visits to potential suppliers, including factories, scrap yards, repair shops, and demolition sites, to introduce company services and establish partnerships.
• Regularly visit existing partners to maintain strong business relationships and stay informed of their needs and updates.
• Gather frontline market intelligence, including types of materials, quality standards, and pricing trends, and provide timely feedback to the internal procurement team.
• Assist in preliminary business negotiations to lay the groundwork for deeper procurement discussions.
• Accurately document daily customer visits and work outcomes in activity reports.

Qualifications Required:

• Must be fluent in both Chinese and English.
• Proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently in the field.
• Basic business development acumen and customer service awareness.
• Must have reliable transportation to carry out daily field visits in the local area.
• Proficient in using smartphones and office software for communication, navigation, and report writing.
• Interest or experience in recycling, environmental protection, or related industries is preferred.
