Part-time Business Field Specialist (兼职业务外勤专员)- Metal Recycling Industry

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic part-time business field specialist as an important extension of the company's purchasing team. You will mainly be responsible for the development of frontline business and the maintenance of customer relationships, opening up new supply channels for the company's metal recycling business. This is an excellent opportunity to face the market directly and grow rapidly.

Main responsibilities

Market development and customer visits: Proactively seek out and visit potential suppliers on-site, including factories, waste recycling stations, repair shops, demolition sites, etc., introduce the company's business and establish connections.

Customer relationship maintenance: Regularly visit existing partners, maintain good business relationships, and understand their needs and dynamics.

Information collection and feedback: Collect first-hand market information, including raw material types, quality, price trends, etc., and promptly feed it back to the internal purchasing team.

Business negotiation assistance: Assist in the initial business contact to pave the way for subsequent in-depth procurement negotiations.

Complete the field work report: Clearly and accurately record the daily visits to clients and the work achievements.

We expect you to have

Proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and capable of independently conducting fieldwork.

Have a basic sense of market development and service.

Have reliable means of transportation and be capable of handling daily field visits in this area.

Proficient in using smartphones and office software for communication, navigation and report writing.

Those with basic communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin) and English are preferred.

Those who are interested in or have experience in recycling, environmental protection or related industries are preferred.
