Easy going solo-practitioner in Downtown Ft. Lauderdale seeking ONLY experienced PART TIME family paralegal. This office handles family law cases, criminal defense cases, domestic violence cases, and dependency cases. Salary commensurate with experience. Must be familiar with the Florida e-filing system, all aspects of mandatory disclosure AND preparation of all family law pleadings. Must know how to handle Mandatory Disclosure, Family Law Pleadings, Word, Excel, Dropbox, and know how to track billable hours working independently. There is NO TRAINING THIS MEANS YOU MUST BE ABE TO HIT THE GROUND RUNNING! You do not have to be certified but must have experience and able to handle all aspects of Family Pleadings preparation independently with zero training.
