About the Role:
Do you have a few hours to spare and a heart for helping others? Cornerstone Caregiving is looking for compassionate individuals to join our team for short shifts

(less than 4 hours).

These visits are the "glue" that keeps our seniors safe and happy at home. They are perfect for students, retirees, or anyone looking for meaningful part-time work that fits into a busy schedule!

What you’ll be doing:
Since these shifts are short and sweet, you’ll focus on high-impact support like:

• Morning Kickstarts: Helping with breakfast, morning meds, and getting the day started.

• Dinner & Tuck-ins: Preparing a warm meal and ensuring the home is secure for the night.

• Quick Wellness Checks: Assisting with a bath, light housekeeping, or a grocery run.

• Friendly Companionship: Sometimes, a 2-hour visit for a walk or a chat is exactly what a senior needs.

Requirements:

• A big heart and a reliable personality.

• Experience in caregiving (professional or personal) is a plus, but we provide training!

• Reliable transportation

• CNA or HHA (Preferred but not Required)

• Current Home Care Aide Registration

• Negative TB Test (Valid within 90 days or within 7 days after hire)
