Part-time Caseworker

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, organized and contributing Part-time Caseworker to join our team. In this role, you will support individuals with visual impairment by assisting them to accomplish necessary tasks related to health and independent living.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily living tasks

• Assist with shopping
• Assist with mail
• Provide transportation to medical appointments, grocery store, other social service agencies

Maintain records

• Recording of services provided to clients and the time spent with individual clients
• Maintaining receipts to monitor spending activity

Support agency activities

• Assist at fundraising events as needed
• All other duties as assigned

Education/Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associates' degree prefered
• Three years' experience working with individuals with disabilities
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record is required

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
