Part-time Cashier / Receptionist

Are you a customer service oriented individual seeking part time employment? Fred Beans Hyundai of Doylestown is immediately hiring a Part-Time Cashier/Receptionist!

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; and Saturdays as needed.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

What You'll Do

• Answer the phones promptly.
• Assist the Service Department with finalizing customer service, wait on customers at the end of their service.
• Close out repair orders in computer.
• Prepare and make deposits.
• File assorted document for both service and accounting departments.
• Prepare pre-write appointment packets for the next day’s service appointments.
• Input of additional service requests

• Proven customer service skills of at least 1 year
• Pleasant and professional phone manners
• Attention to detail and administrative filing
• Ability to lift up to 10lbs
