We are one of very few places in the Lehigh Valley that specialize in Non-Ethanol, Off Road Diesel & Race Fuel, and we are full service!

Join our team as a Full Service Attendant/Cashier and become the friendly face that enhances every customer’s experience!

You’ll be the go-to person for providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring our retail environment is inviting and well-maintained. Your enthusiasm and proactive attitude will help create a welcoming atmosphere where customers feel valued and eager to explore our Race Fuel & Non-Ethanol Selections. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your retail skills while working in a moderately-paced environment, but always with something to do!

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service by addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
• Operate our Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently for Credit Card, Cash & Customer Accounts.
• Upsell our lineup of products by identifying customer needs and recommending relevant fuels to increase sales.
• Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with fresh, appealing products.
• Accept & Put away deliveries of products when applicable, and ensure what we order is what we receive.
• Manage inventory through stocking, organizing, and rotating merchandise to keep the store inviting and organized.
• Provide support with Cashier duties, including balancing registers and handling returns or exchanges with courteous phone etiquette.
• Engage in product knowledge sharing through demonstrations, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and deliver consistent customer service excellence.
• Promote a positive working & shopping environment by maintaining cleanliness, safety standards, and effective communication with customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but NOT required.
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math skills.
• Strong communication skills. English is a must. Spanish is a plus but NOT required.
• Outstanding phone etiquette for assisting customers over the phone or during inquiries
• Demonstrated ability to upsell products naturally by understanding customer preferences.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be able to lift heavy items up to 50lb.
