Part-Time Chef / F&B Manager Pre-Opening Support (Consultancy Role)
We are opening two new 4-star hotels and are looking for an experienced Chef / F&B professional to support our F&B Consultancy Team during the pre-opening phase.
This is a flexible, task-based consultancy role, ideal for professionals who want to earn additional income while continuing their full-time job.

Key Responsibilities
- Support menu planning and food concept development
- Assist in kitchen layout, setup, and workflow planning
- Review and verify OS&E, kitchen equipment lists, and specifications
- Prepare and review recipe sheets, portion sizes, and plating guidelines
- Ensure food safety and HACCP standards in all documentation
- Support soft-opening and trial operations preparation
- Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and internal teams when required
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef and/or F&B Manager
- Previous hotel pre-opening experience (4-star or 5-star preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Mediterranean and/or international cuisine
- Clear understanding of pre-opening processes, procurement, and operations
- Sound knowledge of food safety & HACCP
- Highly reliable, organised, and detail-oriented
- Good English communication skills
