Responsibilities

• Provide attentive supervision and care for children, ensuring their safety at all times
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills
• Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and potty training
• Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care
• Maintain open communication with parents or guardians about their child's progress and needs
• Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in accordance with health and safety standards
• Manage behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and gentle guidance

Requirements

• Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying is highly preferred
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices
• Certification in First Aid and CPR may be required or willingness to obtain upon hiring
• Experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children is essential
• Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and professionalism
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members
• Compassionate caregiving attitude with a genuine love for working with children
