Part-Time Childcare Assistant — The Nanny Studio

The Nanny Studio is looking for a warm, reliable part-time assistant to help support our small childcare program in Bend.

This role is less about leading a classroom and more about assisting with the day-to-day flow of the program and helping wherever needed throughout the day. I’m looking for someone who takes direction well, enjoys staying busy, and can comfortably follow a daily routine.

Responsibilities may include:

• Helping with transitions throughout the day
• Supporting infants and toddlers during play, meals, and naps
• Going on walks or spending time outdoors with the children
• Assisting with cleanup, organization, and classroom resets
• Helping create a calm, caring environment for the children

The ideal person is:

• Dependable and flexible
• Calm and positive with children
• Comfortable taking direction
• Helpful and team-oriented
• Able to move through the day with initiative and consistency

Childcare experience is a plus, but not required. The right personality and willingness to learn are more important to me than years of experience.

Part-time hours to start, with potential for growth over time.
