Part Time Cleaner

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Conduct facilities maintenance tasks to ensure all areas are well-maintained and presentable.
• Engage in industrial cleaning practices for larger facilities as needed.
• Execute commercial cleaning duties, including floor care techniques such as buffing and waxing.
• Maintain cleanliness in residential settings when required, including light painting tasks.
• Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Experience

• Previous experience in custodial or cleaning roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or porter services is advantageous.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning standards and practices is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively are essential.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
