Experience

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals.
• Previous porter or maintenance roles provide valuable insight into facilities upkeep.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety standards.
