Part Time Cleaner

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. All equipment, cleaners etc., is provided.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained.
• Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Conduct custodial duties such as dusting, window washing, and restroom sanitation.
• Assist with residential painting and minor facilities maintenance as needed.
• Carry out industrial cleaning tasks in compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues.
• Ensure that all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is a plus.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must have own transportation

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week
