Part-Time Cleaning Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are welcoming and well-kept. This role requires a commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Cleaning days are Monday/Wednesday/Friday starting at 7:00 pm

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors as needed.
• Dispose of waste materials in accordance with company policies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as necessary.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility in working hours may be required based on business needs.
