Part-Time Client Relations Associate - Early Mornings

NOTE: This position is open to North Carolina residents only. Must be available to work early Monday and Wednesday mornings from 4am-7am, and Saturday mornings from 4am-9am eastern time.

We are looking for a Part-Time Client Relations Associate who enjoys helping people!

As a Client Relations Associate, you’ll play a vital role in interacting with and supporting clients over the phone and online chat as they complete our budget and debt counseling course. We’re looking for individuals who can effectively explain details about the course, answer questions, and lead clients through the process, with a positive and helpful approach. We’ll provide the necessary financial basics you’ll need to work with clients.

The current position is part-time, for 11 hours per week, for an early morning shift on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4am-7am eastern time, and on Saturdays from 4am-9am eastern time.

The company is headquartered in Los Angeles, CA, but our client relations associates work from home. This is a work-from-home position. A quiet working environment is required.

Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding support to Abacus clients

- Resolve inbound requests via phone, online chat and email

- Explain technical issues to clients in a way they can understand

- Use internal tracking tools to manage client issues

- Must be available to work early mornings

Qualifications:

- 1+ year experience in client service, retail or educational role preferred

- Bachelor's degree preferred

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Well organized and able to multi-task

- Able to work independently and as a team player

Pay:

- $17/hour
