Part-Time Clinic Receptionist for Acupuncture Clinic

Mulberry Acupuncture and Wellness is currently seeking a part-time clinic receptionist to join our team. We have an immediate opening for Sundays (8:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.) and Thursdays (1:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.) with the opportunity of additional shift coverage occasionally available.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess outstanding customer service skills, be proficient in Google Suite, have the capacity to learn our computer scheduling system, have social media experience, and excel at multitasking. An essential attribute is your genuine passion for helping others and creating a warm and healing atmosphere for our clients from the moment they step through our doors.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Opening the office, ensuring rooms are prepared, and the daily schedule is organized.
• Managing appointment bookings.
• Social media creation as well as blogs and newsletters
• Handling incoming calls, email, and text inquiries.
• Maintaining treatment rooms between client visits.
• Fulfilling special requests from Acupuncturists and Office Manager.
• Performing light cleaning tasks and running the dishwasher as needed.
• Closing the office, ensuring all equipment is turned off for the evening or weekend.
