Part-Time Clinical Director (LISW, LISW-S, LPCC, LPCC-S)

Position Summary

Cognitive Hygiene Advanced Therapy (C.H.A.T.) is seeking a Part-Time Clinical Director / Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical oversight and supervision for our youth and adolescent programs.

This role will oversee the clinical aspects of the agency, ensuring that services, documentation, and treatment planning meet professional and regulatory standards. The Clinical Director will supervise therapists, social workers, Qualified Mental Health Specialists, and other clinical staff to ensure high-quality care for youth and families.

This position is primarily remote, with in-office presence required approximately once per week for staff supervision, team collaboration, and program observation. Documentation review and administrative responsibilities may be completed remotely on a flexible schedule; however, consistent oversight of clinical documentation and services is expected.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Oversight

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to agency providers.
• Ensure services are delivered in alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.

Documentation Review

• Review and approve clinical documentation including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Support staff in maintaining accurate and timely documentation.

Staff Supervision

• Supervise therapists, social workers, and Qualified Mental Health Specialists.
• Provide feedback and support to strengthen clinical practice.

Program Support

• Assist with maintaining quality standards across youth programs, including the After School Program and Summer Camp.
• Provide consultation on complex cases as needed.

Direct Services (As Needed)

• Conduct diagnostic assessments or therapy sessions when needed to support program operations.

Qualifications

Education
Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

Licensure
Active Ohio clinical license (LISW-S, LISW, LPCC-S, or LPCC).

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Compensation & Schedule

Salary:
$50,000 annually

Schedule:
Flexible hybrid schedule. Most work may be completed remotely, with supervision and documentation review conducted throughout the week as needed.

In-Office Requirement:
Approximately one day per week.
