Part-Time Clinical Research Coordinator

This is a part-time position working in Phoenix, Arizona or Mesa, Arizona. On the rare occasion that travel between sites may be required, mileage compensation will be provided. May be a good opportunity for a clinical research technician or assistant looking to advance their career in clinical research.

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Clinical Research and Principal Investigator, the Clinical Research Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations and conduct of clinical trials at the site. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Scheduling research participant visits; calls or sends reminders to research participants for scheduled visits.

-Data entry

-Pre-screening of potential participants for various clinical trials

-Obtaining medical records and tracking test results

-Collecting, processing, and shipping of biospecimens (blood/urine)

-Collecting vital signs, physical measurements, and electrocardiograms.

-Performs other duties as assigned.

-Conducting research visits.
Experience

-Clinical research experience required.

-Phlebotomy experience preferred.

-Experience in healthcare or in a clinical setting required.
