Part-Time Clinical Trial Enrollment Coordinator (Caller)

Position Overview

The Clinical Trial Enrollment Coordinator will contact individuals who have expressed interest in participating in MusB Research clinical trials through Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.

This is not cold calling. These are warm leads who have already requested information.

The primary goal is to:

• Pre-screen potential participants
• Provide clear study information
• Address concerns professionally
• Schedule eligible participants for screening visits

Key Responsibilities

• Contact new leads within 1–2 hours of submission
• Conduct structured 5–10 minute pre-screen calls
• Verify basic eligibility criteria
• Explain study purpose, time commitment, and compensation
• Schedule qualified participants
• Document all interactions in CRM or tracking sheet
• Perform structured follow-up calls and SMS reminders
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Track weekly enrollment metrics

Qualifications

Required:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Confident and professional phone presence
• Strong organizational skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems or Google Sheets
• Ability to handle objections and questions calmly
• Reliable and punctual

Preferred:

• Experience in healthcare, clinical research, or medical office
• Experience in call center, patient coordination, or recruitment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Compensation Structure

• Hourly pay: $16–$20 per hour (based on experience)
• Performance incentive: $25–$50 per successfully randomized participant
• Opportunity for growth into full-time Clinical Research Coordinator role

Work Schedule

• 20–25 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling
• Combination of remote and on-site availability (as needed)
