Part-Time Coding Instructors
to lead engaging, hands-on summer programs for middle school students (Grades 6–8) at FIU ASAS site. Instructors will teach one or more introductory technology courses depending on site needs and device availability.

Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, between 1:00–5:00 PM (1-hour classes; exact schedule TBD)
Responsibilities:

Deliver interactive, student-centered lessons in the assigned subject area

Engage students through hands-on projects and activities

Manage classroom behavior and foster a positive learning environment

Track attendance and provide basic progress feedback

Ensure proper use of school devices (Chromebooks or PCs/Macs depending on course)
Requirements:

Experience teaching or working with middle school students (preferred)

Familiarity with at least one of the listed subject areas

Strong communication and classroom management skills

Reliable and punctual

Ability to commit to the full program duration
Compensation:
$25–$35 per hour (based on experience)
