Responsibilities

• Conduct warm and cold outbound calls to prospective clients, focusing on building rapport and identifying sales opportunities
• Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations with decision-makers across various industries
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage follow-ups efficiently
• Negotiate terms and close deals by demonstrating value propositions tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns
• Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions
• Follow up diligently on leads, ensuring consistent communication that nurtures potential long-term partnerships

Skills

• Proven track record with 4+ years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales roles
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade decision-makers
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships
• Knowledge of B2B sales processes, outbound calling techniques, and warm calling strategies
