Overview
The Cleaning Technician is responsible for performing high-quality cleaning services in commercial environments such as offices, shops, apartment complexes, medical facilities, retail spaces, and other business properties. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, lobbies, and other designated areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors using manual and powered equipment.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and office equipment.
- Clean interior glass, mirrors, and surfaces.
- Replenish consumables like paper towels, soap, and toilet paper.
- Handle special projects such as deep cleans, carpet cleaning, or move-out services.
- Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Communicate any repair needs, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year turn over cleaning experience required.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Bay Area and surrounding areas.
- Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, or weekend shifts as needed.
- Good communication skills and professional attitude.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Must pass background check.
Schedule & Pay
- Part-time available
- Hourly pay range from $27-$35 per hour
- Higher pay if big projects /jobs that requires heavy equipment.
- Opportunities for overtime during peak seasons
