PART TIME : Commercial Cleaning Technician

Overview
The Cleaning Technician is responsible for performing high-quality cleaning services in commercial environments such as offices, shops, apartment complexes, medical facilities, retail spaces, and other business properties. Only candidates with prior turn over cleaning experience will be considered for this role. If you have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to high standards, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, lobbies, and other designated areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors using manual and powered equipment.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and office equipment.
• Clean interior glass, mirrors, and surfaces.
• Replenish consumables like paper towels, soap, and toilet paper.
• Handle special projects such as deep cleans, carpet cleaning, or move-out services.
• Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Communicate any repair needs, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year turn over cleaning experience required.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Reliable transportation to job sites in Bay Area and surrounding areas.
• Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, or weekend shifts as needed.
• Good communication skills and professional attitude.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass background check.

Schedule & Pay

• Part-time available
• Hourly pay range from $27-$35 per hour
• Higher pay if big projects /jobs that requires heavy equipment.
• Opportunities for overtime during peak seasons
