Part-Time Community Outreach & Administrative Coordinator

Compass Care is a growing senior care advisory and care management company serving families throughout Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Post Falls, and surrounding communities. We help families navigate assisted living, memory care, adult family homes, care management, and senior care transitions with compassion and expertise.

We are looking for a compassionate, organized, and motivated team member to assist with marketing, administrative support, client communication, and community outreach.

This is a flexible, part-time position that can work well as a second job for the right person.

Responsibilities Include:

• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Answering and returning calls from prospective clients and referral partners
• Providing compassionate communication to families during difficult transitions
• Data entry and CRM/database management
• Assisting with website updates and administrative tasks
• Creating flyers, marketing materials, and social media content
• Assisting with Google reviews, newsletters, and online presence
• Attending networking events, senior fairs, and community meetings
• Supporting referral development and relationship building
• Organizing documents, forms, and client information
• Helping maintain a professional and compassionate client experience

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable speaking with seniors, families, and healthcare professionals
• Compassionate and empathetic personality
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Comfortable with technology, social media, and Canva or similar programs
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule availability
• Experience in healthcare, senior services, marketing, administration, or customer service optional

Position Details:
