Part-Time Community Outreach & Operations Manager

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and community-focused leader to drive grassroots marketing efforts while supporting studio operations and revenue growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, understands sales performance metrics, and enjoys both community engagement and behind-the-scenes operational excellence.

Time Commitment

  • Minimum of 15 hours per week in-studio (desk leadership & operations)
  • 5–10 hours per week dedicated to community outreach and operational projects
  • Participation in required weekly, monthly, and quarterly leadership meetings

Primary ResponsibilitiesCommunity Outreach & Lead Generation (Primary Focus)

  • Execute grassroots marketing strategies to drive new leads and memberships
  • Develop and maintain community partnerships and corporate wellness relationships
  • Plan and coordinate local events, pop-ups, and outreach opportunities
  • Track lead generation efforts and measure conversion performance
  • Support franchise ramp initiatives and external relationship building

Revenue & KPI Management

  • Conduct KPI reviews and assist in goal setting
  • Participate in National Sales Calls
  • Collaborate in weekly high-level GM check-ins

Operations & Team Leadership

  • Manage payroll, commissions, and timekeeping
  • Scheduling
  • Oversee cancellations and freeze management
  • Conduct frozen member check-ins
  • Hire, onboard, and train desk staff
  • Manage the GM email inbox and ensure timely communication
  • Participate in monthly and quarterly leadership meetings

  • Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
  • Passion for health, wellness, and community building

Sales, fitness, or community marketing experience preferred but not required for the right candidate.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
