Part Time Concierge

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Part Time Concierge to join our vibrant hospitality team! The Part-Time Concierge supports the day-to-day front desk operations at Encore at Tradition. This role serves as the first point of contact for residents and guests while assisting with basic administrative tasks and ensuring a welcoming environment. In this engaging role, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming, seamless experience. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for Residents and Visitors, making them feel valued and cared for. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a lively, guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them as needed
• Take and relay messages accurately
• Assist residents with general questions and requests
• Enter and track work orders in the system
• Maintain a visitor log
• Help keep the front desk and lobby area clean and organized
• Receive and organize mail and packages for residents
• Assist with light administrative tasks as needed
• Provide general support to the management team

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills (data entry, email, etc.)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, patient, and dependable
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Comfortable working with residents in a 55+ community

*This position is an evening position and will require candidates to work between the hours of 5:30pm - 9:30 pm and may include some weekends.
