Part Time Contact Center Agent (Experience Preferred)

Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and motivated Part Time Contact Center Agents with experience in customer support and call center operations. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our members, delivering outstanding member service through phone interactions. Your strong communication skills and desire to help others will help build lasting relationships and member satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Provide friendly and efficient member support, addressing inquiries related to accounts, services, and products
  • Promote our financial products and services through consultative sales approaches to meet member needs
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and member information with analysis skills for follow-up or escalation
  • Support member services by resolving issues promptly while adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Qualifications
  • Proven call center or customer service experience, preferably in a financial or client-focused environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently over the phone
  • Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable *Spanish*
  • General computer skills
  • Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently with good typing speed
  • Experience in outbound calling, sales, or client engagement is a plus

Pay: $13.99 - $20.98 per hour
