Part-Time Content Creator

Overview
Plant Bar and Asheville Dispensary is seeking a part-time Content Creator to support our marketing team in developing engaging digital content. This role will focus on producing short-form videos and providing social media support to ensure consistent, on-brand content across all channels.

Responsibilities

• Film and edit TikTok videos and Instagram Reels highlighting Plant Bar drinks, events, and culture (similar to existing Chattanooga content).
• Reshare stories and provide basic social media support to maintain daily activity.
• Collaborate with the Social Media & Marketing Lead on creative direction while executing the day-to-day content creation.
• Capture raw video/photo content at events and in-store as needed.
• Ensure all content aligns with Plant Bar’s brand identity and aesthetic.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram Reels trends.
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar).
• Ability to create content quickly and independently while meeting deadlines.
• Strong eye for visual storytelling and alignment with Plant Bar’s aesthetic.

Requirements

• Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram Reels trends.
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar).
• Ability to create content quickly and independently while meeting deadlines.
• Strong eye for visual storytelling and alignment with Plant Bar’s aesthetic.
• Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and video editing is preferred.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as social media marketing, email marketing, and B2B marketing.
• Excellent editing skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency in style.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong research skills with the ability to produce informative and engaging content on various topics.
• Knowledge of content marketing strategies and techniques is a plus.
• Experience with photography or videography is an asset but not required.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
