Part-Time Content Creator / Social Media Content Specialist

We are looking for a creative, organized, and energetic Part-Time Content Creator to support six fitness studios, including Pilates. This role is focused on capturing high-quality, engaging content that reflects the energy, community, and personality of each studio.

The ideal candidate enjoys working in active fitness environments, can spot great content opportunities quickly, and knows how to turn raw footage into engaging social media content. This person will help guide what content should be captured during classes, member moments, trainer tips, testimonials, and studio events, while also creating and editing content themselves as needed.

Responsibilities

• Capture photo and video content at six fitness studio locations.
• Help direct and guide staff on what content should be captured during classes and events.
• Film content days and gather usable footage for social media.
• Capture member testimonials, trainer tips, studio highlights, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Edit short-form video content using tools such as Opus Clip, Canva, and CapCut.
• Create engaging content for social media pages across multiple studio brands.
• Organize and deliver content in a timely, consistent manner.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a steady stream of fresh, high-energy content.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for social media, preferably in fitness, wellness, lifestyle, or related industries.
• Strong eye for content, composition, and storytelling.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in fast-paced studio environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as Opus Clip, Canva, CapCut, or similar editing platforms.
• Comfortable giving direction to staff and working with instructors and members on-site.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage content across multiple locations.
• Experience with Meta content or funnel creation is a plus, but not required.

Schedule

• Part-time: 15–25 hours per week
• Must be available for content days and studio visits as needed

Pay

• $23-$28/hour
