Midtown Medical Group is a small, locally owned company dedicated to providing quality healthcare services. We are currently seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our team in conducting disability evaluations in our So. Sioux City Clinic.

Job Description:
As a Nurse Practitioner at Midtown Medical Group, you will perform disability evaluations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive diagnostic exams.
• Evaluating patients’ health histories and current conditions.
• Documenting findings including a diagnosis and prognosis.
• Making recommendations based on evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Valid Nebraska Family Nurse Practitioner license.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• No minimum experience required but must have all supervised hours completed.
